Senior Director, Software Product Management and Product Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Software Product Management and Engineering across oncology and prenatal software
• Define and execute strategy for provider portals, patient experiences, and internal tools
• Drive AI-first approach across product development and engineering operations
• Identify opportunities to transform emerging AI into differentiated customer products
• Partner with Clinical Product, Data Science, IT/IS, Ops, and Commercial to deliver software experiences
• Lead engineering managers and teams for architecture, scalability, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software product management, software engineering, or tech leadership
• Strong product management with end-to-end ownership of complex software
• Experience managing software engineering orgs and leaders
• Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions
• Track record building and scaling customer-facing or complex operational software
• Strong understanding of architecture, platform development, scalability, and tradeoffs
