📋 Description

• Serve as the senior enterprise-level lead for the global strategic partnership, ensuring a
• Represent the organization as a strategic, engaged, and outcome-oriented partner while reducing
• Partner closely with the Breakthrough Partner Lead to align alliance strategy, governance
• Provide end-to-end visibility across the partnership portfolio, connecting leaders, teams
• Identify and resolve duplication, competing priorities, and misalignment across functions, regions
• Establish effective decision rights, escalation pathways, leadership cadences, and executive

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred, such as a Master’s or PhD in life sciences, medicine, engineering
• Background in biopharma, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated and
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management
• Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-critical partnerships spanning multiple functions
• Demonstrated experience working at an executive leadership level with senior internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to evolve partnerships beyond execution toward value creation, co-innovation
