📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning for current/future storage needs to support direct to consumer, wholesale
• Implement a long-term network strategy for omni-channel distribution and storage capacity that will
• Establish new vendor partnerships while maintaining current vendor connectivity, rooted in quality
• Implement processes, SLA's and influence teams that support Glossier's growth and service

🎯 Requirements

• Omni-channel beauty industry experience is required.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics/inventory control management is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, business management or a
• Previous experience with ERP, WMS and e-commerce systems in an omni channel environment required.
• Working knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory, receiving, and order processing.
• Experience with managing and launching domestic and international warehouses or 3PL partners
