📋 Description

• Lead G&A hiring across EMEA: partner with a very diverse group of business leaders, plan hiring
• Build our Early Talent programs in EMEA: lead local New Grad and Intern hiring, grow university
• Build creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, tailored to each
• Manage the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use data to refine recruiting strategy and influence hiring decisions.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion through impactful hiring programs.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech organisation
• You have proven experience building Early Talent programs, hiring for Engineering New Grads and
• You communicate with key partners in a concise, professional and pro-active way.
• You have exceptional stakeholder management abilities and executive presence, experienced working
• Innovation mindset: you're comfortable implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• AI - forward: we would like to see strong analytical skills when looking into hiring data and
