Senior EH&S Specialist (LB)

📋 Description

• Driving incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Develop and review risk assessments, such as JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses).
• Providing collaborative EHS support to departments across the site, including engineers
• Driving initiatives that foster a positive safety culture across team partnerships.
• Preparing and providing OSHA compliance support for EHS-related activities and documentation.
• Monitor hazardous chemicals, handling, storage, spill prevention and assessing risks while driving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Sciences, and/or similar.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience working in the EHS field.
• Project management of various safety programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment, including but
• Demonstrate innovative, technical approach to complex incident investigations, root cause analysis
• Strategic and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across varying departments and levels
• Advance knowledge and experience with CalOSHA, SCAQMD, DTSC, RCRA, and hazardous waste regulations.
