📋 Description

• Develop, bring up, and validate functional PCBAs for current consoles and accessories through EVT
• Support design changes, component transitions, yield improvement, and field issues throughout the
• Turn product intent into precise, testable requirements, interfaces, design margins, and acceptance
• Hold every detail to an exacting standard for performance, reliability, safety, and compliance
• Set technical direction and guide partners through design, validation, industrialization
• Challenge plans, designs, tests, and conclusions; validate key evidence and keep technical

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years developing electronic systems for connected consumer products, including at least one
• Experience leading technical work with JDM/ODM partners and critically evaluating designs, plans
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technologies and components and turn findings into product
• Hands-on experience building prototypes and functional PCBAs, bringing up boards, using lab
• Experience producing detailed engineering requirements and verification criteria.
