Senior Emergency Management Advisor (H2Safety)

📋 Description

• Provides regulatory and technical direction on emergency response plans and emergency management
• Acts as lead SME on business development pursuits
• Serves as a senior technical reviewer of client deliverables
• Leads through technical authority, client relationships, and quality of work
• Begins within the ERP Services team to learn H2Safety methodology, delivery standards, and client
• Building and maintaining client relationships at operations, HSE and executive levels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Emergency Management, Environmental Science, or a related
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Emergency Management, or related field (asset)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in emergency management, emergency response planning, or
• At least 5 years in a senior SME or advisory role interfacing directly with client executives and
• Direct experience developing and maintaining ERPs under Canadian regulatory requirements (e.g., AER
• Working knowledge of hazard assessment, emergency planning zone (EPZ) determination, dispersion and
