Senior Employee Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, legal, and people partners across EMEA, providing
• Act as the primary liaison with our Works Council in France, leading statutory meetings, managing
• Lead, investigate, and resolve employee grievances and formal claims (e.g., harassment
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., infosec, internal audit teams, security) to continue to drive
• Oversee and optimize a centralized case management system, leveraging data analytics and
• Design and implement comprehensive employee relations philosophies, programs, and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Direct and impactful mid to senior level Employee Relations experience, with a substantial track
• Hands-on experience partnering with, consulting, or managing Works Councils in either an
• Fluency or professional working proficiency in French is preferred to facilitate seamless regional
• In-depth, practical knowledge of regional labor and employment laws across EMEA, specifically
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing employee relations programs that measurably impact
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain composure
