Senior Employee Relations Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct impartial and comprehensive investigations into employee relations matters
• Manage the investigation process from intake through resolution
• Partner with People Partners, managers, and leadership
• Support consistent application of company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and confidential investigation documentation
• Identify trends in employee relations cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with minimum 3 years conducting employee
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment laws
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA and relevant employment practices
• Strong understanding of HR policies and conflict resolution
• Strong interviewing, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
