Senior Employee Relations Specialist, Employee Relations - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
• Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees
• Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities
• Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits
• Understanding of employee relations principles and progressive discipline
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues
• Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English
