• 3–5 years of combined experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition
• Proven ability to work seamlessly with agencies, designers, producers, and internal global teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of balancing multiple
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual content development skills
• A self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, solves problems creatively, and
• Comfortable collaborating with peers across global regions; ability to travel globally when required
