Senior Employment Counsel

📋 Description

• In-house senior legal advisor on employment matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
• Partner with People/HR, Finance, and regional leaders to ensure compliant, well-documented
• Manage employment-related disputes, inquiries, and outside counsel globally.
• Develop and localize policies, handbooks, offer letters, and separation agreements.
• Lead investigations and provide practical recommendations to leadership.
• Deliver training on employment law developments and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (New York preferred).
• 8+ years of substantive employment law experience (firm, in-house, or both).
• Experience advising on cross-border employment matters outside the U.S. (EMEA/APAC).
• Experience managing outside counsel across multiple countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain multi-jurisdictional issues.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
