🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 6–8 years in enablement or related field (Master’s +4+ years).
• Proven track record handling multi-quarter, high-visibility programs.
• Strong senior stakeholder management without formal authority.
• Data-driven with ability to connect programs to KPIs and outcomes.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior/executive audiences.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification or equivalent; change management expertise.
