Senior Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end relationships for $100M+ frontier AI lab accounts
• Translate client goals into clear requirements with Strategy Leads & Ops
• Make fast, high-judgment tradeoffs on speed, quality, and cost
• Partner with Sales to close expansion opportunities
• Define and report on KPIs, SLAs, and model quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing or high-stakes leadership roles
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) or equivalent
• Currently in an external, customer-facing role, or within 2 years
• Genuine curiosity about AI and ability to learn frontier research
• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Experience with VP- and C-level stakeholders and political navigation
