Senior Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support across client infrastructure, network, and IT environments.
• Diagnose, troubleshooting, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware, systems, and network
• Investigate complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and recommend suitable technology
• Deliver infrastructure projects, including solution design, requirements gathering, implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Senior Engineer role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cloud
• Experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VRRP), SD-WAN, and security appliances
• Demonstrated success delivering IT infrastructure projects and supporting complex server
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor junior engineers and act as a technical
