📋 Description

• Lead delivery of AI agents from discovery to production.
• Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for automation.
• Partner with teams to turn workflows into automated solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs on AI workflows.
• Coach others to raise AI fluency via pairing and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building/operating production apps and automations (APIs, cloud).
• Hands-on delivery of AI agents, copilots, or RAG with Claude/Gemini.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript; comfortable with SDKs and webhooks.
• Systems-thinking for security, auditability, and blast radius.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into designs.
• Natural coach to uplift AI fluency via pairing/workshops.
