🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
5+ years of experience working with and building Sales Compensation systems in a professional
Strong business relationship and partnership skills and experience
A current Xactly Incent certification (e.g. Incent Level 3 certification)
3-5 years experience querying traditional SQL RDBMS (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
Experience with the Xactly product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable (ie, SAP
