Senior Engineer (Senior DevOps Engineer)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers in IST, providing day-to-day guidance, pairing
• Partner with product and engineering teams to help deliver a platform-as-product: contributing to
• Own cloud infrastructure (GCP, some Azure) using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and facilitate migrations
• Establish and scale GitOps practices with Argo CD; champion progressive delivery and environment
• Strengthen observability with actionable dashboards and alerts in Grafana; drive SLO/error-budget

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering with hands-on delivery in cloud-native environments.
• Proven leadership: experience in line management and mentoring/coaching across teams without formal
• Strong communication: clear written and verbal communication with engineers, stakeholders, and
• Deep experience with GCP (preferred) and working knowledge of Azure; strong grounding in
• Mastery of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management (Helm); excellent
