• Proven experience as a solution architect or senior engineer.
• Experience leading an engineering team.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on integration experience; Java/Spring Boot is a plus.
• Product ownership and roadmap prioritization experience.
• Ownership mindset in fast-paced start-up environments.
