• Be an expert on the products and features your squads are building to solve the user problems

• 5+ years of engineering management experience with a proven ability to build awesome, high
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or a related field required
• Experience building and supporting foundational platform services
• Experience leading multiple teams within the same functional domain
• Experience coaching engineers on the responsible adoption of AI tools, including evaluating when
