📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering squad while influencing the broader direction and

• Coordinate work across the team, platform, data, client, and other engineering teams, aligning

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering
• A track record of leading teams that delivered reliable, customer-facing products while
• Experience shaping multi-quarter strategy, turning ambiguous business goals into clear outcomes
• Experience building or operating external, customer- or partner-facing APIs, developer platforms
• Strong technical judgment and depth in backend systems or API design, with enough breadth to engage
• An understanding of API product concerns such as authentication and authorization, backwards
