🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing engineers, including hiring and performance
• Experience delivering large-scale distributed data systems, data pipelines, streaming/batch
• Strong foundation in at least one of: identity resolution, ad measurement/attribution, audience
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and successfully lead teams through ambiguity.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
