📋 Description

• Lead engineering execution: priorities, ownership, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Manage engineers and contractors; coaching, feedback, and team development.
• Contribute to the codebase; review work; evaluate tradeoffs; maintain momentum.
• Partner with tech and product leadership to turn AI strategy into plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional software development, with senior leadership or complex delivery.
• 5+ years managing technical teams, including senior engineers or senior ICs.
• Track record shipping polished, top-tier products with strong craft.
• Translate ambiguous product/technical direction into clear plans and ownership.
• AI product fluency; evaluate tradeoffs across LLM, RAG, agents, and enterprise search.
• Experience delivering across desktop, web, and mobile with Tauri, Electron, React Native.
