🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering leadership (Engineering Manager/Tech Lead) in consumer fintech; 1+ years
• 8+ years of web systems development experience.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to manage technical debt.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven recruiting experience and leadership style focused on growth and collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to operate in an early- to mid-stage startup.
