Senior Engineering Manager, Finance Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage a team of software and data engineers who work AI-first by default
• Own the technical vision for SeatGeek’s core financial systems, tools and integrations
• Ensure the finance automation stack reads upstream systems and integrates with GL and billing
• Rapidly build tools to improve finance data quality and speed
• Maintain accuracy and operational excellence across the platform
• Define the architecture for a scalable financial automation stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer in a role that was mostly about writing code
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager of productive teams
• Proven track record leading teams to ship UX that elevates high-stakes customer experiences
• Proven experience handling transactional data at scale in a SOX environment
• You've successfully built and led lean teams that are productive and deliver impact
• Foster safe, collaborative and inclusive environments where engineers excel
