Senior Engineering Manager, Financial Platform

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain the integration and data platform from the ground up, using modern
• Lead technical decisions across the stack, balancing performance, maintainability, scalability, and
• Design and optimize APIs and service patterns that support both product experiences and third-party
• Improve database design, query performance, and data models to ensure efficient storage and
• Drive observability and operational excellence across services through logging, monitoring
• Contribute to and lead engineering-wide initiatives that improve customer experience, system

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including deep experience in modern JavaScript and
• Experience with workflows and data platforms, with strong instincts around data integrity
• Deep experience with Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful services, PostgreSQL, and Temporal in production
• Strong proficiency with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and
• Experience with event-driven systems, messaging infrastructure, and real-time data processing
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or similar
