Senior Engineering Manager, FinOps

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the forecast for Box's public cloud spend and SaaS/AI services.
• Lead an engineering-first FinOps team to build scalable tooling, pipelines, and models on
• Translate complex usage, telemetry, and cost signals into clear, actionable insights for executives
• Identify, prioritize, and drive optimization initiatives; influence partner teams and say no when
• Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, and metrics that raise visibility and accelerate
• Coach and develop senior ICs; set a high bar for code quality, analytical rigor, and results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading mid-to-senior ICs.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on engineering background; fluency in Python, BigQuery and
