📋 Description

• Lead engineering for the Work Environment area, building Alan Home, the internal Operating System
• Hire and shape the team, own talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills needed.
• Guide the replacement of generic SaaS with Alan-native software, ensuring replacements are
• Own the technical direction, architecture decisions, quality standards, security practices, and
• Stay hands-on: review and write code.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of building high performers.
• Ability to guide architectural decisions and establish engineering excellence standards.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• Recent hands-on experience (reviewing and writing code).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
