🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing teams within B2B SaaS applications, focusing on quality operations

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (QA engineers, QA specialists, frontend/backend engineers)
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years as an engineering leader or
• Track record of ownership and innovation within a data-driven, results-oriented environment
• Experience managing organizational transformation, maximizing agile methodologies, and driving
