📋 Description

• Co-lead a cross-functional team with PMs to align on strategy and success metrics.
• Drive project execution from spec to implementation, experimentation, and ownership.
• Use data and rapid experiments to inform decisions; design A/B tests with analytics partners.
• Attract, grow, and retain diverse engineering talent; coach and develop careers.
• Set engineering quality standards; balance speed with maintainability; manage tech debt.
• Define team OKRs and remove roadblocks to enable great work.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading, managing, and building a software engineering team with hiring and retention.
• Track record shipping multi-engineer, multi-week+ projects with measurable impact.
• Strong product instincts; data-driven; experience defining metrics and running A/B tests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, design, and data.
• Technical depth to guide architecture, mentor engineers, and improve quality standards.
• Able to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
