📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of 7 engineers on the Short Form Experience.
• Build bite-sized exercises to enhance recall and production in lessons.
• Drive execution from spec to deployment with reliability and observability.
• Use data and experiments to inform decisions and improve learning KPIs.
• Hire, coach, and retain diverse engineers; foster inclusive team culture.
• Set team OKRs, prioritize, and remove blockers to enable great work.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and growing a software engineering team.
• Ship multi-engineer projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong product instincts; data-driven; define metrics and run A/B tests.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, design, and data.
• Technical depth to guide architecture and mentor on best practices.
• Willing to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
