• Lead teams building Spotify Agentic Experience and new products.
• Develop a generative AI strategy with collaborators to stay at the frontier.
• Provide servant leadership across research, ML, eng management, backend, and data.
• Advocate for advanced Gen AI capabilities and influence senior leaders.
• Foster a balanced, inclusive engineering culture and diverse teams.
• Directly manage 5–10 people and guide cross-team collaboration.

• Significant expertise shipping Generative AI for high-scale consumer products.
• Experience leading modern Gen AI teams (transformers, diffusion) in products.
• Proven servant leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
• Strong collaboration across many teams and driving delivery.
• Able to distill complexity and lead through ambiguity.
• Able to bring research to market as outstanding user products.
