📋 Description

• Drive the successful product development of the Nitro/Markham line, managing cross-functional teams
• Lead program reviews and updates to senior management and executive teams.
• Engage with Product Management to frame product trade-offs and find the best solution for Axon.
• Network and develop relationships across suppliers and manufacturing partners, including contract
• Own your program budget and schedule end-to-end to ensure we deliver the best product for customers.
• Be a driving force from early concept phases through launch, serving as a key stakeholder in all

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in hardware development.
• 5+ years of experience building processes, schedules, and project management.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or business field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering hardware products with software components, including creation
• Experience and strong understanding of basic engineering principles and product development.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and engineering issues.
