Senior Environmental Sustainability & ESG Manager

📋 Description

• Lead company-wide ESG strategy, governance, and leadership.
• Own GHG target setting; design pathways (SAFc, VPPA, offsets).
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Risk; integrate climate risks into ERM.
• Manage ESG reporting, DMA assessments, and external frameworks.
• Drive internal engagement and cross-functional ESG initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to align ESG with enterprise goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in environmental sustainability, climate, or ESG.
• Experience delivering sustainability programs in global organizations.
• Proven DMA experience and navigating ESG regs (CSRD, TCFD, ESRS).
• Strong ESG reporting, metrics, and executive-ready communications.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, or Compliance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certs a plus.
