📋 Description

• Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial
• Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored
• Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead
• Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage
• Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
• Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't
• Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand
• Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from
• Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of
• Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+
• Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in
