Senior Factory Test Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop operational plans in collaboration with Vehicle Responsible Engineers and cross-functional
• Develop test plans, procedures, automation, and work instructions to support safe and repeatable
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks related to safety
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews to assess operational preparedness and confirm readiness for testing.
• Execute test operations using manual and computer-controlled systems, applying engineering
• Support post-test data processing, operational retrospectives, continuous improvement, test stand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience operating complex equipment, planning complex operations, or performing
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate safety risks associated with equipment or
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals to troubleshoot electrical and fluid systems and
• Ability to make sound, safety-focused decisions when information is incomplete and operational
• Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and ability to support a shifted
