📋 Description

• Manage residential property claims from initial investigation through resolution
• Investigate routine to moderately complex residential property claims promptly and thoroughly
• Provide courteous, responsive service to policyholders and insurance agencies
• Coordinate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, experts, and other stakeholders
• Identify, analyze, and resolve coverage issues
• Investigate facts and circumstances surrounding property damage to establish cause of loss

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within a commutable distance of Brevard, Osceola, and Indian River Counties in Florida
• Ability to investigate residential property claims ranging from routine to moderately complex
• Strong analytical skills to assess property damage, determine causes of loss, and evaluate coverage
• Ability to identify coverage concerns and make well-supported claim determinations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
