📋 Description

• Partner closely with North Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align event programs directly
• Design hyper-focused event experiences (e.g., C-level roundtables, founder dinners, technical
• Lead end-to-end strategy, content localisation, speaker sourcing, venue management, and execution
• Own regional presence at strategic industry conferences and hyper-scaler co-marketing events (AWS
• Establish strict lead and attendee follow-up SLAs with regional SDR and AE teams to convert event
• Develop targeted post-event content and micro-campaigns to enable Account Executives to maintain

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of enterprise software/SaaS field marketing experience, with a proven track record of
• Deep familiarity with the UK & Nordics region, including regional business etiquette, key
• Impeccable English written and verbal communication skills to write compelling local messaging and
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to act as a trusted peer to Senior Sales Leadership
• Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to track
• Exceptional organisational discipline and project management skills to handle multiple complex
