Senior Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Support site controllership in all aspects of operational finance
• Perform monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis
• Lead annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
• Provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Apply independent judgment to analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend solutions
• Partner with Finance, Site Leadership, Operations, Supply Chain, and other Support Functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with business partnering and using analytics to drive business decisions in a
• Proven experience operating in a financial role within a manufacturing organization
• Prior experience working with an ERP system, particularly data entry, reporting, and analysis of
• Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated communication skills
