Senior Finance Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Represent Finance across business projects, gathering requirements and translating them into clear
• Work with Finance, Technology, Product and Operations to design financial transaction flows
• Identify and deliver improvements to finance processes and systems, including opportunities for
• Be the primary Finance contact for Workday Financials support, investigating functional issues and
• Coordinate Finance user acceptance testing, develop test scenarios, investigate defects and
• Keep Finance project deliverables on track, managing dependencies, risks and stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance business analysis, finance systems or finance-related project delivery.
• A strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger structures, reconciliations and
• Experience working with ERP systems. Workday Financials experience is preferred.
• The ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into practical
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, investigating defects and supporting system
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across business
