Senior Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Deputise for the UK CFO, including supporting interactions with the Board and Executive Committee.
• Lead the relationship between UK Finance and Group Finance, ensuring services meet UK regulatory
• Maintain independent oversight of the UK Bank’s financial position, constructively challenging and
• Lead UK financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Partner with the UK leadership team on business cases, profitability and strategic decision-making.
• Support the review of regulatory submissions and the preparation of Board and Executive Committee

🎯 Requirements

• A recognised accountancy qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent, with significant
• Broad finance experience covering financial control, reporting, planning and commercial finance.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience of regulatory and prudential requirements, including PRA and FCA frameworks, ICAAP
• Experience working within a regulated UK banking environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and business-case development skills.
