📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders across the Australian business, providing financial insight
• Own the budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range plan for your portfolio, aligning financial
• Oversee month-end performance reporting, delivering variance analysis and forward-looking
• Lead complex financial models, scenario analysis and business cases that inform pricing, major
• Work closely with leaders across product, technology, marketing and shared services, including

🎯 Requirements

• A professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA).
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering, ideally already
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with
• The confidence to challenge assumptions, hold a view and clearly explain financial implications
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting capability.
