Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities
Ensure financial reporting deliverables are accurate and timely
Oversee review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
Identify process gaps and implement scalable controls
Strengthen financial governance and shorten close cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations and regional teams

🎯 Requirements

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountancy qualification
At least 4 years post-qualified experience
Strong understanding of NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems
Financial reporting tools
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Influence senior leaders across regions and functions
