Senior Finance Manager, Settlement & Reconciliation

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee day-to-day settlement operations across digital asset and fiat transactions
• Ensure transactions are settled accurately, completely, and within required timelines
• Establish and continuously improve settlement procedures, controls, exception handling, and
• Identify settlement breaks, operational risks, and process inefficiencies, and drive timely
• Support new products, transaction flows, and business models by assessing settlement and
• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end settlement system architecture and transaction data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or
• Significant experience in settlement, clearing, reconciliation, transaction operations, custody, or
• Strong experience with customer transaction reconciliation and transaction-level data analysis
• Solid understanding of trading lifecycle and settlement processes
• Prior experience in traditional financial institutions such as banks, securities firms
• Strong understanding of how trading systems, settlement systems, reconciliation platforms, and
