📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of U.S. state and local
• Maintain the multistate tax compliance calendar, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to
• Develop and implement state and local tax strategies designed to optimize the overall tax position
• Oversee nexus determinations and taxability assessments related to new products, services
• Manage state and local tax audits, coordinate responses to information requests, work with advisors
• Track state and local tax legislation, regulations, and administrative developments, assess their

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA, CMI, or MST certification/qualification required
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in U.S. State and Local Tax, including significant U.S.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working within a public accounting SALT practice
• Strong knowledge of multistate income and franchise taxation, sales and use tax, nexus
• Demonstrated experience managing state tax audits, responding to information requests, and
