Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Support project teams in financial areas for clinical trials.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheet for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analyses comparing forecasted vs actual revenue.
• Review work orders and budgets to identify out-of-scope activities.
• Perform Earned Value Analyses with Project Directors/Managers.
• Support Executive Director of Operational Finance with contract documents.
• Collaborate with Company Accountant on financial reporting and GL.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/year-end close and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and respond to CFO/Executive Director inquiries.
• Assist in developing new procedures to enhance workflow and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Europe: University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• North America: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Five+ years GL and financial reporting experience incl EVA and contract review.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in English; local language required for non-English bases.
