Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation.
• Lead post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring alignment of reporting structures, processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or
• Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
