Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs
• Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Lead the annual budgeting process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated ability to establish or improve collections processes
