📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate reports on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends.
• Conduct variance analysis and propose corrective measures.
• Lead annual budgeting process and build financial models.
• Support M&A activities and lead post-acquisition integration.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and improve collections processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship required.
