Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain rolling forecast and three-statement model (P&L, BS, CF)
• Maintain 3–5 year plan with scenario modeling for capital allocation
• Own monthly actuals vs budget/forecast across consolidated statements and key metrics
• Maintain model integrity with clean structure, version control, and executive-ready outputs
• Support monthly financials and quarterly board decks with concise commentary
• Collaborate with Accounting to align reporting, close processes, and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related role at tech/high-growth SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including driver-based and three-statement models
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and subscription modeling: ARR/MRR, gross retention, NRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to own deliverables end-to-end
• Experience with planning tools like Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar
